This eight week program is designed to assist children and adults to express themselves in healthy ways, to be creative problem solvers for challenges in their lives, and to view themselves in a positive and uplifting way. The eight independent sessions flow from past to future, failures to dreams, negative to positive, unacknowledged to acknowledged, unhealthy attitudes to healthy perspectives. No artistic abilities needed for each of these creative, fun, and inspiring projects.
Any adult and children 4th grade and older and accompanied by a parent. This activity is made possible in part by a grant provided by the Northwest Minnesota Arts Council through funding from the Minnesota State Legislature with money from the State’s general fund. No Artistic Abilities Needed.
